It had to be held in an awkward position to keep charging.Makes me question whether I had actually purchased a brand new unit.Going to try a Jabra product next. All buttons on the unit are too loose. I wouldn't purchase it again, even at prices I am now seeing, e.g. Folding up the mic arm does not always turn off the unit -- the on-off operation is intermittent.3. The unit does not sit tightly on the ear. Turn my head quickly and the unit shakes a bit, and then the loose buttons noted above are actuated.5. $12.50.Problems:1. This also makes it impossible for me to use voice commands on my phone -- commands are not recognized.2.

They can be actuated by what seems to be just about the weight of a glance. After a few weeks of use, the charger no longer coupled well with the headset. I got about 2 weeks of good use from this product (notwithstanding some of the issues noted below). No noise cancelling -- I cannot use this in my car, as the background noise it picks up makes it difficult for me to hear the distant-end party. This results in false calls.4.

I never did get good sound quality in or out of this blue tooth. It was inexpensive and that is what I got. Everyone always asked if I was on my cell.

Just before purchasing this model, I attempted to buy one of these other Bluetooth devices, but it was very uncomfortable and did not fit my ear properly. My primary reason for purchasing it is because I really do not like the majority of current Bluetooth devices, which all have a piece which is supposed to fit inside the ear. I'm very pleased with it, and I would definitely purchase it again:) This model Bluetooth was the first model I ever owned.that was 3 years ago. I loved it then, and I love it now. This current model works great with my new Blackberry, fits my ear, is very comfortable, and has great volume and reception.

Amazon was great about the return process, as usual. The charger connection was some proprietary version I have not seen before (not the standard mini or micro USB) and would not charge unless I held it a certain way. Bought this to replace another Motorola ear piece that broke. This one wouldn't charge when I got it. I sent it back so never had a chance to use it so can't speak to it's functionality.

The battery would not charge at all. I would think twice before purchasing this product. I purchased this headset as a present for my brother and was mortified to learn that it did not work when he recieved it. In the past I have purchased motorola products and been very happy with them unfortunatly this one does not stand up to there normal standards.
